The Events
The venue for the Art Auction is Lyttelton Primary School, 34 Oxford Street, Lyttelton. We will be exhibiting over 180 pieces of art including jewellery, paintings, photographs, pottery and sculptures from more than 100 contributing artists. There are two visitor-friendly parts to the event:
Exhibition Weekend/Silent Auction - 28th and 29th October 2023
Gold coin entry to view all of submitted artworks. Bid on selected artworks
over the duration of the weekend. 10am - 4pm.
Gala Evening and Live Auction - 29th October 2023, 7pm.
A ticketed event, selected artworks will be auctioned live, bids will also close for the silent auction during the evening.

OCTOBER 28TH & 29TH
The Exhibition and Silent Auction will be open to the public Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th, 10am-4pm. Gold coin entry.
Lyttelton Primary School, 34 Oxford Street, Lyttelton.
The Silent Auction runs throughout the weekend, as part of the exhibition, and close 10 minutes after the live auction at the Gala Evening on Sunday the 29th of October.
You may bid as often and on as many works as you like in the Silent Auction. Simply look for the bidding forms alongside each artwork. Note that some artworks are subject to a reserve price which will be indicated on the bidding form.
Gala Evening
& Live Auction
OCTOBER 29TH, 7PM
Join us for the live auction event with the charismatic Shay Horay, renowned comic, who will be our auctioneer. Selected artworks will be live auctioned on the night so buy your ticket and don't miss your chance to bid
The live auction will take place during the Gala Evening on Sunday 29th October starting at 7pm with approximately 25 works to be auctioned live. This is an exciting and hugely popular evening, the $45 ticket includes drinks and nibbles.
